IAPRI 2026 World Conference in Zhuzhou, China: A Wonderful Success

IAPRI extends its sincere thanks to Hunan University of Technology for hosting the 2026 IAPRI World Conference in Zhuzhou, China. The conference was exceptionally well organized and provided an outstanding setting for scientific exchange, professional networking, and continued international collaboration among IAPRI members.

The 2026 conference program included seven keynote speeches, 87 oral presentations, and 17 poster presentations. The oral presentation program reflected a strong international balance, with approximately half of the presentations from China and half from institutions outside China. The poster sessions also provided excellent opportunities for discussion, with particularly
strong local participation.
The conference book and proceedings were distributed through WeChat, and transportation arrangements from the airport and train station to the conference hotel helped make the arrival process smooth for participants. The careful planning and hospitality provided by the host university contributed greatly to the success of the event.

A three-page photo collection captures many memorable moments from the conference, including the welcome reception, conference opening, banquet, social dinner, keynote addresses, oral presentation sessions, poster pitches, poster sessions, and the many informal networking opportunities that took place throughout the event.
