The University of Hasselt is looking for a motivated PhD researcher highly interested in developing active and intelligent packaging materials based on biopolymers using three innovative processing techniques to incorporate biobased additives via i) melt processing; ii) ultrasonic spray coating, and iii) 3D printing. We warmly welcome a PhD student in our research team at imo-imomec (MPR&S -- FME). In addition, a collaboration with the LRGP I Laboratoire Réactions et Génie des Procédés group of the University of Lorraine (FR) will be established. Both universities are partners of the European University on Responsible Consumption and Production, known as the EURECA-PRO alliance.
